Article 42 - The foul
A foul is described like
follows:
A foul is an intended or
not intended action. With this action the opponent is to
be injured
By a forbidden technique
or other forbidden means.
A foul is punished
with a minus point; this is shown by the referee.
(Article 29)
When the referee didn't
see this action properly the scoring judges decide if it
is a foul or
Not, For that he stops
the time, sends the opponent to the neutral corner,
takes the hand of the one who caused the foul and asks
every single scoring judge if they saw the foul or
Not. If the majority
says yes, the fighter has to get a minus point. If the
majority says no,
The fight has to be
opened again.
Knockdown for a foul
If one fighter is not
in the
position
to go on fighting after a foul, he is at counted. If he
is fight-ready at eight, the time is stopped and the one
who caused the foul gets a minus
Point. The minus point
of the victim is cleared. If the victim cannot go on
fighting, the one who caused the foul is disqualified.
If the decision for a
foul is yes, the score of a knockdown will not be
in the score. If the decision for a foul is no,
the score of a knockdown is in the score.
If one fighter is K.O.
by a foul, the one who caused the foul has to be
disqualified. Still the
Victim gets in this case
the prescriptive suspension for protection, which has to
be observed.
