Article 34 - The
Knockdown
For a knockdown the
main referee always *at counts till eight.
Knockdown means that the
fighter is in a situation where he is not able to defend
himself against the attacks of the opponent, as a result
of a hit, for exhaustion or for a foul. He is
fight-ready again when the head referee counts eight.
