Article 27 - Tasks of
the delegate (4th scoring judge)
The delegate
is the right hand of the head referee. He has to help
the main referee. After every round he receives the
collected point slips of the head referee and evaluates
them. After the end of the fight he first informs the
head referee of the official result and after that
The ring speaker.
In amateur tournaments the final evaluation of the
scoring judges is sufficient. In the pauses: (sealing of
the bandages and gloves; before the fight the bandages
and gloves must only be dressed and sealed under
supervision). Article 6.
The delegate has to
provide the correct entry in the pass. The entry takes
place immediately after the fight.
The delegate helps the main
referee to count the knockdowns and to announce the
break-off of the fight after fulfilled knockdowns.
