Article 23 - Committee for protests

The protest has to be reached in writing at the latest one week after the event. If one of the criterions of article 22 is fulfilled, a committee for proving the protest has to be

Called up.

The committee is composed as follows: the president of the WKU and an impartial head referee, who is determined by the WKU. The result is decided together, it has to be accepted definitively.

An analysis of the video for proving is admissible.

For that a written comment of the head referee and of the party which protests is necessary.

It is also decided what has to be punished when a wrong decision has been made (penalty, suspension or schooling).
