Article 21 - Defense
of the title
A challenge should be
announced at least three month before the start
of the event.
With a challenge the
A-class pro title must be defended twice a year. After
the defense, three months of recreation are due to the
title holder. In this time a non-acceptance is not
official.
The title holder can
refuse the challenge three times for financial or
private reasons, or for injury.
After
the non-acceptance the challenger has to wait 4 weeks,
to challenge again.
If the title holder
doesn't fight after the third challenge (also for an
injury, because he had the change to defend the title
three times), he is deprived the title and an opponent
of the position table is determined.
If a fighter wins an EM
or a WM title, he has to release the national title. If
the title holder loses his title defense, he is again
eligible for the national title, dependent on the
ranking in the position table.
For an EM and WM title
bout the first ten of the independent position table are
eligible. For a national title only the first five of
the position table of the country is eligible.
Officials for a WM or
an EM fight.
If the fighters come
from the same country, only a local team of referees is
required. If the fighters come from different countries,
the judges has to consist at least of two Non-resident
scoring judges and a non-resident head referee. The
non-resident officials must not be of the same country
of the fighter mentioned above.
