Article 20 - Tasks of
the representative
Each country has an
office, which is led by the respective representative.
He has to keep, strictly to the guidelines of the WKU.
Each office has to keep a position table.
The representative has
the task to prove the observance of the guidelines. He
has to Support his fighters and his referees with all
the means of the rights and duties which give the WKU
guidelines.
Passport matters:
It is forbidden to
imitate the pass in any form, to forge and to pirate it.
Offences of this kind are punished by an action for
damages. Legal domicile (The reprehensive and president
of Organization have to take over of this fault)
A position table of
the country has to be given to the head office annually.
For international
missions the representative has to order one head
referee and three scoring judges nominally.
For the international
missions and for further development the head office
stays in separate contact with the head referee.
The representative's
report about all the external fights of the pros A from
7x2 minutes on, which are fought in his land.
In every event of the
WKU the representative of the country has to be present,
or at least one proxy (referee).
