Catalogue of penalties
The forgery of data and
false statements of the fighter are punished according
to the case. The WKU delegates the kind of punishment to
the representative of the respective country. (Catalogue
of penalties)
The fight pass has to be
handled with care. It contains important data, wins, and
results of fights, suspensions and useful indications.
The pass is invalid if
one page is missing. Then it has to be sending back to
the representative. The fighter doesn't get the
permission to start with an incomplete pass. A new pass
must be issued.
In the fight pass there
must be the name, the birthday, the registration number,
photo, medical examination (interval is one year), the
entry of the country with stamp and signature. If the
holder of the pass doesn't fulfill these criterions, a
start is not possible. Start is only possible if the
passport can be presented completely.
The fight pass has to
be handed over to the head referee while weighing.
If the fight pass is
full on one side, a new pass has to be applied at the
representative of the country.
Article 19 - catalogue
of penalties Suspensions:
After a K.O. defeat,
a suspension of 12 weeks for the protection of the
fighter must be Observed. After that the fighter
has to undergo a medical examination again.
'Non-entry:
If the fighter does not enter for the fight after
weighing, he gets a disciplinary punishment in the form
of a suspension of 4 weeks.
After a giving up for an
injury the fighter has to be registered for a suspension
for protection of 4-8 weeks. The duration is determined
by the ring doctor.
Unfair behavior:
8 weeks suspension. For bigger offences:
For beating an official
or another person, the suspension is at least one year,
additional to a fine up to US$ 500.-, dependent on the
incident.
Doping:
First US$ 1.000. - And a
suspension for one year.
For another incident,
US$ 2.000. - And a lifelong suspension in the WKU. Other
unions will be informed about this incident immediately.
Simulation:

For Simulation the
athletes a suspension of 3 month. In this time he can
train his willingness for fight.
With three
suspensions a year, the fighter gets a suspension for
protection of 6 month. In this time he can work on his
failings which were the reason for his suspensions. The
trainer has to care for that.
After every
suspension which was spoken out after a K.O., a new
medical examination is necessary after the expiration of
the suspension.
Giving false
statements,
the fighter gets a suspension of 8 - 24 weeks, depending
on the incident.
Fraud or corruption
of one referee leads to a withdrawal of the license and
a penalty of US$ 1.000. - To 3.000.-, depending on the
kind of offence.
Alteration of the
results
(forgery) is punished by withdrawal of the license and a
penalty of US$ 1.000.
