04 - Tasks of the doctor and examination
Examination:
For
amateur events an examination before the fight is not
necessary, here the valid annual examination is
sufficient. For pro events a short examination before
the fight is required for the protection of the fighter.
When the result of the examination is negative, the
fighter
Cannot participate in the fight. The decision of the
doctor is determining, final and without the possibility
of appeal.
The
doctor has to inform about his short absence during the
fight. The fight must be held up until his presence.
During the fight, the doctor can interfere at any time,
when he is of the opinion that a fighter is injured and
fighting on is unacceptable. When the doctor breaks off
the fight for an injury or an unstoppable bleeding, the
head referee has to finish the fight officially. The
decision is determining and without the possibility of
appeal. Explanations of the articles 4, 28, 35
