Article 03 - Participation in competitions or pro-events
Amateurs:
In
union-open tournaments a fighter with another union pass
is eligible.
Pro Kck boxing:
Here
only kick boxers with a valid starting-passport are
eligible. Arrangements with fighters of other unions are
possible, but have to be cleared with the WKU office of
the particular country.
Offending rudely against that, a disciplinary penalty
has to be paid or exclusion of the WKU, according to the
incident.
The
management determines the kind and the
Amount of the penalty. If the fighter is not
registered in the WKU, he doesn't get his points of
the position table, and he will not be listed as a
fighter in the position table.
Date for weighing:
Weighing should always take place two hours before the
event, to guarantee the fighters a certain time for
ingestion. Should the fight take more than two days,
weighing is not
Necessary the second day. Weighing is done on a
calibrated scale. .
For the protection of the fighter a first-aid-team or a
doctor must be present in every event.

In
A-class fights or pro fights the competition-gloves must
be provided by the promoter. They have to be packed
originally and be of the same format. They must admit of
the WKU.
Starting- passport:
The fighter has to hand over his starting-passport to
the head referee when he is weighed.
While
the weighing the head referee has to check, there are
suspensions. If the fighter doesn't participate after
weighing, he gets a suspension of the union for four
weeks. That has to be entered in the starting-passport.
The fight then is "no contest".
